Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely and fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original condition for a refund. Jewelry can be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of the shipping day. A refund will be issued once the item is returned to us in its original condition along with proof of purchase; however, a $15.00 restocking fee will apply to all returns. In the event of an exchange, the restocking fee will be waived. Shipping is not refundable. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment received for the original order.

 When returning an item, they should be well-padded and insurance must cover the return. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in delivery. Any piece of jewelry that shows signs of wear or that has been resized, engraved, damaged or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding your return within fourteen (14) days. The item must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit via the shipping carrier, such as FedEx, UPS, United Postal Service, etc. to:

Shipping Information

Most of our collection is available for immediate shipping. If it is in stock, we will ship your order the next business day. We may be able to ship it on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 p.m. If an item is out of stock, please allow approximately 3-5 weeks to manufacture your order. You will be notified by e-mail referencing the expected delivery date. We will always do everything within our power to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

SPECIAL NOTE:

1. Designer jewelry is extremely unique and made to order ONLY. Please patiently allow approximately 3-5 weeks for the artisan to create it.

2. All jewelry is fully insured at no additional cost to the customer. All packages must be inspected for damage or tampering.

3. California orders require an 8.25% sales tax added to the order.

4. Prices are subject to change in case of extreme fluctuation in market conditions. (We will notify you in any such instance) We will make every effort to ensure that your shopping experience at BlessingsfromIsrael.com will be as satisfying as possible.

With this manner of payment, we can ship your order immediately, because these funds are also guaranteed.
